Honeycrisp Apples

I have a frightening addiction to these! I tried them for the first time last fall, and honestly: they are the best apples I have EVER tasted. They’re expensive, too, so I buy a bunch and hide them in the back of the fridge and serve cheap Fuji apples to the kids. Muwahaha!
I’m just putting this out there as a public service. You need to go out and find some of these if you haven’t tried them. It’s the apple that CHANGED LIVES! And due to summer hailstorms, they’re not nearly as plentiful as they were last fall. I’ve only found them in ONE store!
