I just found Gluten Free Mommy via a recipe link on BlogHer. What a great little resource for gluten free recipes! I passed it along immediately to my friends in my twin club who have their kids on a gluten free diet. I’ve mentioned many times here in the past that children with autism often respond well to a gluten-free and casein-free diet. We tried it without a whole lot of success for Pablo, but I’m not ruling out trying it again in the future. I haven’t perused the recipes too much on the site, and I imagine they’re not casein-free, but hey – it’s a good starting point for some of us!
Laura, also known as LaLaGirl, is the mother of a teenager and two young sets of twins. She's happily married, loves living in Colorado, and writes almost daily about married life, raising multiples, and parenting a child with autism. In addition to playing Barbies and pretending to eat plastic food all day, Laura spends most of her time folding clean laundry, obsessing about the amount of sugar her kids eat, and vacuuming up Polly Pocket accessories. She's obsessed with Yo Gabba Gabba, red wine, and Family Guy. Do you have a product or service you'd like Laura to review? Just ask.
