I had to go out into the world today to run an errand, and I took advantage of the fact that someone was at home with my children. I decided, instead of buying a Ped Egg, I’d just go get a damned pedicure!

I’ve never had the French manicure thing done on my feet before. My feet feel so pretty and soft and not at all like they’re going to snag the carpet if I walk around barefoot. Still, though, I refuse to take a close up picture of my feet. Even after a pedicure, feet are just gross!

She's happily married, loves living in Colorado, and writes almost daily about married life, raising multiples, and parenting a child with autism. In addition to playing Barbies and pretending to eat plastic food all day, Laura spends most of her time folding clean laundry, obsessing about the amount of sugar her kids eat, and vacuuming up Polly Pocket accessories. She's obsessed with Yo Gabba Gabba, red wine, and Family Guy. Do you have a product or service you'd like Laura to review? Just ask.

I am SO not a foot person. But this made me laugh. Even after I’ve done whatever to my feet to make them amazing, they still are ugly. Even supposedly pretty feet are, in reality, ugly.
I’ve heard mixed reviews about the ped egg though. If I were you, I’d stay away.

Feet are definitely funky! And the Ped Egg is nasty too. It WORKS (too well if you aren’t careful) but it’s just so gross. The skin you have to dump out makes me want to gag. I’d rather pay someone else to prettify my feet.
