Hi there! I’m Laura! I’m a stay-at-home mommy of 5 kids. I have a daughter who’s about to enter the dreaded teenage years, a set of boy/girl twins who will be in Kindergarten this fall, and another set of twin girls who are about preschool age. Life is busy in this crazy house! Here I am with the three little girls - they’re such a joy to us!
I’m married to an Enginerd named Paul, and we are having a great time raising up this house full of monkeys! Here is my cute hubby, and our darling little boy:
Out of all my children, my oldest is the only one who looks like me - and she hears it ALL THE TIME! It’s nice having my very own mini-me!
And she’s such a fun kid - she’s a great writer, she loves to read, draw, play video games, watch Family Guy, and hang out with her super fun parents. Hehe. She also has a really special bond with our autistic son, and she can get through to him in ways that the rest of us can’t. It’s wonderful to see the two of them together.
So, that’s me!
Now, what’s the deal with this site? Well, I’m a busy chick, as you can probably imagine. I always like it when someone tells me about the stuff that they love. I don’t like wasting my time trying out things that are lame. If something is awesome, I want to know about it! And I want to tell others about it, too!
Do you have something you’d like me to try out and write about? I’d love to! Get in touch with me at lalagirl at gmail dot com. Would you like to sponsor a contest on this site and give your product away to my readers? Even better!
I always write my honest opinion, so if I think your product sucks, I’m probably going to say so. Well, that’s not entirely true. I’m nicer than THAT. I’ll use nicer words, but I will give you the real deal.
Would you like to buy an ad on this site? Drop me a line at lalagirl at gmail dot com.
P.S. If you’re promoting something that would be useful to parents and kids with special needs, I’ll also post about your product on my other site, Autism is Beautiful.
